"I first met Donna as I was looking around at open houses. I went into a house that was out of my
price range, but Donna said to take her card and she would be able to help me find something

"My wife and I moved from Buffalo, NY to the Sacramento area this summer (2018). My wife
first met Donna during a job interview and house hunting trip in early 2018. After getting to
know what style of house and what things were important to us, Donna helped keep us up to date
with what houses were on the market with weekly housing listings personalized to us. When we
picked out the houses we liked, she would scout the houses for us and report back to us whether
she thinks we would like it. We didn't have a chance to come back out to Sacramento to see
houses in person due to work schedules, so Donna was incredibly helpful with the hunt. When
we got close to making offers on houses, Donna did an extensive market review with us to
ensure we made a competitive but reasonable offer. We did make a few offers on houses before
finding our current house, and during each part of the process, Donna helped walk us through

interfaced with prospective buyers viewing the home. About two weeks later we met with her
and she “listened” to our wish list, both “must have” as well as “do not want”, and she provided
